How I got here: My background in education gave me the necessary foundation for developing the skills all instructors need: deep knowledge of our target audiences and how they learn, writing courses clearly aligned with meeting learning goals, and creating engaging content that helps learning stick. After helping to create and lead professional development for other educators, I quickly found my passion in learning how to design effective training. I enjoy learning new skills and helping others. I look forward to applying my skills as an instructional designer and eLearning developer in a role where I can help others succeed.
